Crossing over the decked footbridge from the car port you enter into a cool and airy open-plan living and dining area. To the right is a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a utility room.
Facing the rear of the villa is a patio and courtyard with seated area and to the front french windows open to the decked verandahs where you can relax in the warm sun or cool off in the mosaic pool. The 3 double bedrooms on the first floor have ensuite facilities, dedicated air-conditioning and spectacular views.
The master bedroom has its own study area overlooking the sea and private balcony overhanging the pool deck.
The house is fully fitted with TV, VCR, hi-fi system and telephone and fax.

The guest cottage is a self-contained, 1 bedroom villa and, like the main house, has a fully fitted kitchen, living and dining area.
French windows lead to the decked verandahs and pool area. The large double bedroom on the first floor has ensuite facilities, air-conditioning and a private balcony that looks out over the breathtaking views. The house is fully fitted with TV, VCR, hi-fi system and telephone. There is a futon sofa bed in the living room.
