Apartment to let within seafront holiday village in a rural area of Spain full natural beauty with the advantage of having warm climate al year round and being within easy distance of the historic city of Granada and the unspoiled mountains region of the Alpujarras, very popular with artists and walkers. In winter the ski resort of Sierra Nevada is also a plus. If you wish to explore further, there is an opportunity to visit the towns of Seville, Cordoba and Cadiz.
The village was built some twenty years ago in a traditional Andalucian style and is full of character with its own grounds and many attractive courtyars, palm trees and garden areas that are maintained by a resident caretaker all year round. The swimming pool is open from mi-June to mid-September.
The village is about a minute's walk from the beach and adjacent to a well kept nine hole golf course; golfers will find it a delight, the course is uncrowded at the best of times and the daily fees inexpensive; clubs and accesories can be hired if necessary from the nearby golf shop. It has its own bar and restaurant which is open to all (golfers and non-golfers).
This is a very quiet location. The picturesque village of Salobrena and the busy market town of Motril are only ten minutes away. We would point out that the use of a car is necessary as public transport is practically
non-existent. The nearest international airports are Malaga and Almeria.
